Returns

Returns:

  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.

  • We allow return of one item every 7 days. 

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Before shipping, order cancellation will result in a 10% restocking fee.

  • Returns must be authorized within 3 days of receipt. Items eligible for return are unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached and customers are limited to returning one item per week. Just send us a message or give us a call to let us know you need to send something back. 

  • SHOES must be returned with zero wear!

  • Upcycled, Lipsticks, Bralettes, Makeup, Bath & Body items, sale items, jewelry, purses or bags, and anything under $20 are NOT returnable, they are final sale.( most items because of sanitary reasons)
  • If an item is damaged please messsege our customer service a picture within 3 days of recieving the item for further action 
  • SWIMSUITS are non returnable (for sanitary reasons)

  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide return shipping labels.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our hands, but if you are missing a package let us know so we can help you find it before you file a claim.
